All kayaking equipment can be provided. You simply need to bring warm clothes, plus a spare set, footwear that you do not mind getting wet and plenty of enthusiasm.

Avoiding the admin abyss

Working on the farm, home educating three pre-teens and managing the life changes that occur as I reach middle age are great reasons to procrastinate around the (oh so boring) admin that comes with running a business. Some of you will know that admin is not my forte and after 13 years, I still worry that it is the first experience you have with Dun Eideann Sea Kayaking. However, I want to take the time to reassure you that you can always phone or whatsapp me for a more personalised admin experience.
For those of you that haven't met me yet, I feel at home in a sea kayak. The time I spend paddling is super important to me as it gives me the chance to meet other people and meet my freedom and fun need. For me, being on the sea allows me to explore the everchanging sea state and islands, observe the wildlife coming and going and use the journey of sea kayaking to feel free and reset. This is where I am my best self and I want to share that with as manay people as possible.
Dates for 2025 are now up. I'm looking forward to seeing you all out on the water soon!
